Drinking too much water is water intoxication, which is also known as water poisoning.  It is rare, however, to accidentally drink too much water, as It would take liters and liters of water to get intoxicated.  In many cases, this happens from a water drinking contest, or drinking a large amount of water after a long exercise. Symptoms of water intoxication include kidney problems, excessive sweating, diarrhea, and vomiting. If you have these symptoms and think it is due to drinking too much water, you should consider this an emergency and go to the hospital.

Fruit Juices

When you go to the supermarket, there are a wide variety of fruit juices available. Most of them will say "real fruit" on them, and they may have real fruit but very little. In most cases, these juices have high amounts of sugar in them.

Even if the juice you are drinking is real fruit juice, you should still steer clear of it. Some real fruit juices can have more sugar than some sodas. Too much sugar can cause weight gain, which can increase your chances of developing type 2 diabetes. Instead of fruit juice, eat the fruit by itself instead.

If you have any questions about the above drinks and how they affect you, see your doctor.
